Third-Party Disclaimer
Our work frequently involves platforms we do not own or control. This page makes our relationship with those platforms clear.

EmailMigro may integrate with, configure or assist customers using third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
- Microsoft
- OpenAI

- Zapier

- Other cloud providers, hosting companies and public APIs
2. No affiliation or endorsement
EmailMigro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of any of these companies unless we state that relationship explicitly and in writing. References to a platform describe our technical capability to work with it, nothing more.
3. Trademarks

4. Changes outside our control
Third-party pricing, features, APIs, rate limits, uptime, availability and policies can change without notice. Such changes may affect solutions we have built or configured, and EmailMigro is not liable for the resulting disruption, cost or data loss. Where possible we design with resilience in mind and will quote any remediation work required.
5. Customer responsibility
You remain responsible for holding valid licences and subscriptions and for complying with each provider's terms, acceptable use policies and data-handling requirements, including any obligations that apply to AI-generated output within your industry.
6. External links
This website may link to external resources for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
