Built by the people who kept getting the emergency call
EmailMigro began after one too many rescue jobs: migrations run without a plan, mailboxes half moved, teams locked out on a Monday morning. We knew the failures were avoidable, so we built a company around doing the boring preparation properly.
Today we are a compact senior team of migration engineers, cloud administrators and automation developers. We deliberately stay small so the person who scoped your project is the person who runs it. As our clients modernised their platforms, they started asking what else could be automated — which is how cloud work and AI implementation became a natural second half of what we do.
Our mission
Make platform change uneventful. Businesses should be able to modernise their email, cloud and processes without gambling their operations on the outcome.
Our vision
A world where small and mid-sized teams run on the same secure, automated infrastructure that used to be reserved for enterprises with large IT departments.
Four principles we do not bend
They decide how we quote, how we schedule and when we say no to a project.
Protect the data first
Every plan starts with what happens if something goes wrong. Backups and rollback paths exist before we touch anything.
Say what we actually think
If a cheaper option would serve you better, we will tell you. Long relationships beat oversized invoices.
Respect people's time
Clear schedules, work done outside business hours where possible, and no unexplained silences mid-project.
Measure the outcome
Hours saved, errors removed, tickets avoided. If a change cannot be measured, we question whether it is worth making.
Senior people, documented work, no surprises
The reasons clients give when we ask why they chose us — and why they stayed.
One accountable owner
You get a named engineer, not a rotating queue. They know your environment and answer directly.
Security as standard
Least-privilege access, MFA on every admin account, and credentials revoked the day a project closes.
Documented handover
Every environment we touch is documented so your team is never dependent on us to make a change.
Six steps, every single time
We do not improvise migrations. The same disciplined sequence applies whether you have ten mailboxes or a thousand.
- 01
Discovery & audit
We map your current mail platform, data volume, integrations and risks, then agree what success looks like in writing.
- 02
Migration plan
You get a written plan with waves, timings, responsibilities and a rollback path before anything is touched.
- 03
Pilot run
A small group moves first so we can validate settings, clients and mobile devices with real users before scaling up.
- 04
Full cutover
The remaining mailboxes move on schedule, usually outside business hours, with live monitoring throughout.
- 05
Validation & handover
We reconcile data, harden security, document the environment and train your team on the new setup.
- 06
Ongoing optimisation
Once you are stable, we look at what can be automated next and keep improving in measured steps.

Let's talk about your environment
A short call is usually enough for us to tell you what your migration or automation project really involves.
