Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information EmailMigro collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum required to deliver our services well.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of technical data:

  • Contact details such as name, business email, phone number and company name.
  • Project information you share when scoping a migration or automation engagement.
  • Technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region and pages visited.
  • Billing details processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

2. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and optional cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for basic functionality such as security and form submission.

3. Analytics

Aggregated analytics help us see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. We configure analytics to avoid collecting unnecessary identifiers and we do not sell analytics data to anyone.

4. Contact forms

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. If we do not begin an engagement, we remove enquiry records after a reasonable retention period unless you ask us to keep them.

5. Email communications

We email you about your project, scheduling and support. Occasional service updates may be sent to existing clients, and every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send unsolicited marketing to purchased lists.

6. Client data during migrations

Migration work may require temporary administrative access to your mail or cloud environment. Access is granted by you, scoped to the task, logged, and revoked when the project ends. We do not read message content except where troubleshooting requires it and you have approved that step.

7. Data protection and security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts, and least-privilege practices. Only staff assigned to your project can access project systems.

8. Data retention

We keep records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Backups and temporary migration artefacts are deleted on an agreed schedule after project completion.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete data we no longer need to retain.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@emailmigro.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
